About me
I qualified as a counsellor in 2007, and have previously worked in education in Children's Centres in Bristol, and in the Health Sector as an Associate Counsellor with NHS Avon Partnership Occupational Health Service.
In 2017 I qualified in Relational Supervision (Severn Talking Therapies). This course was awarded specialist training status by the National Counselling Society. I currently work as an Affiliate counsellor with Oasis-Talk and manage a small private practice offering counselling and supervision. My previous background was in Social Care and Health - practising for 15 years in hospital based adult care social work. I have a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence based practice.
