I describe myself as an integrative counsellor; practicing a person-centred approach - as well as drawing upon cognitive behavioural techniques. I create a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings - adopting an open, honest and supportive approach. Allowing you to reflect on how to make changes in your life and relationships.
I have a strong commitment to working with people from all ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
At our first meeting we will discuss what you want to gain from counselling and how we will work together. Further sessions can then be agreed upon and planned.
I work with people aged 18 and over.
