A Calm Space for Change
Helping you to develop your own strategies for coping with everyday living and adjustment to change

People often look for counselling when they are experiencing loneliness and feelings of being isolated. Feeling able to connect with others may feel increasingly difficult.

Counselling can help you to develop new connections with others, to recognise your own strengths and qualities and reconnect with the world in an enriching way.

I offer a bespoke service that values the individuality and uniqueness of each person.

I strongly believe in the power of love and humanity - the importance of embracing and celebrating people's differences  as well as the qualities we share.

I offer support in the following areas to individuals aged 18 years and over
  • Depression and anxiety
  • Feeling overwhelmed by strong emotions
  • Loneliness and isolation
  • Life transitions
  • Loss and bereavement
  • Identity issues
  • Concerns linked with addictions
  • Low self esteem
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Trauma from childhood
  • Post-retirement adjustment
  • Other personal issues

I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor - having worked in health settings and children's centres in Bristol for over 25 years.

I have practice rooms in Southville & Frenchay and also work via Zoom or telephone counselling to suit your individual needs.

Please note: I have no availability at present
